Our staff have all trained and worked in Hospitality and I personally trained in my homeland of Ireland - city & guilds qualifications in Hotel & Catering and also completed an International Management degree at Manchester Business School. Having worked operationally in all departments of the Hotel Industry and gaining promotion until finally reaching the highest level, I knew it was time to create my own designs and events so Tracy Lavin Events was born!.
